This is an open environment where there is ZERO judgement and we all work together to live in a healthier and more harmonious world. The possibilities to learn and improve ourselves are endless. Currently we are holding karate and yoga classes in Mamaroneck and Harrison with more locations to be announced. If you would like to purchase classes in advance, you can do so online or in person.
